Located on a 103-acre registered arboretum, Meadow Lakes is a community of people who love plants and nature. Residents maintain a tree nursery, nurturing young plants until they’re large enough to be planted on the grounds. Others work in the greenhouse, cultivating geraniums, marigolds, begonias, basil and more for an annual fundraising plant sale and to add cheer to the halls of the health care center.
