And even more immediately, all Meadow Lakes security and medical personnel are fully trained to provide emergency care until medical transport arrives. You’ll be well cared for and in a state-of-the-art medical facility in minutes.
Ongoing Staff Training
At Meadow Lakes, we’re never satisfied with the status quo. We’re always looking for ways to improve, and that includes our health care staff. Therefore, we regularly reach out to leading medical experts from the region and invite them to provide seminars and training for our staff. It’s just one more step we take to ensure that you always have access to the most effective and progressive care.
Fitness Center
Staying fit is one of the most important things you can do to enhance your health and longevity. Whether you prefer to participate in a structured exercise class or simply work out at your own pace, Meadow Lake’s state-of-the-art fitness center makes it easier. Our trained, certified staff will help you get started and they’re always on hand to lend encouragement and keep you motivated and safe. There’s something to appeal to everyone, including resistance and cardio equipment, fitness classes, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and more.
Matters of the Spirit
At Meadow Lakes, we never forget the importance of spiritual well-being. Local clergy regularly visit Meadow Lakes to hold services and meetings for a number of different denominations. We’ll also provide you with transportation to worship services in the surrounding communities. Meadow Lakes' own chaplain, Robin Bacon Hoffman, has initiated special projects such as a six-week "Positive Living" course as well as helped present a course that explores creativity in older adults.
